Very nice job, BUT, W3TC cannot find my .htaccess file. I have already added the various code segments to .htaccess manually, but error messages are still prominently displayed on the plugin page. I simply cannot release this to my clients with such error messages on display.
I am using the new directory structure where .htaccess and wp-config.php are located one level above the WordPress files. Perhaps this is the reason why W3TC can't find .htaccess. If so, what do you recommend? If I need to edit the plugin file, no problem.
