another update: Site owner had disabled W3TC and our plugin is working perfectly. Obviously this is not acceptable in the long term, but I'd really appreciate some guidance and info here!

Oh my, talk about the madness! Here are my most current findings. Although, where before it was fairly easy to reproduce the issue, now it is nearly impossible!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/
2. Delete http://www. portion of URL
3. Hit Enter key
--> bug
Expected page to resolve to http://www.anthonypeyper.com/.
Instead, page remained at http://anthonypeyper.com/, displayed an all white page, and the only text on the page stated, "Are Fast Cash Advance Loans Good Solutions to Bad Problems? fast cash advance loans". Where "fast cash advance loans" was a link pointing to http://tinyurl.com/t0inpay.
Reproducible? Intermittently
Occurs:
Mac Firefox 35.0 (see NOTES below)
Win IE 11 (very intermittent)
Doesn't occur:
Mac Chrome 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit)
Mac Safari 8.0.2
Win Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m
Win Firefox 35.0
NOTES: Performed a sanity check using a different machine running OS X and Firefox 35.0. Was NOT able to reproduce issue.

i am using avada them
and have imported their recommended settings.
Once i activate the w3tc plugin some pages get broken the reason being there are http requests (the whole site is https). when i deactivate w3tc no such requests occur. only after avtivation of w3tc plugin. the website works smooth with w3tc turned off only very slow which is the reason i want to use the w3tc plugin
any advice?

its strange when i enter the url http://www.evenshtia.com the website loads fine but if i enter on of pages in the website and then click on the logo in the header whick links back to the same url http://www.evenshtia.com the same homepage loads broken (css issues and i think js too) its not so consistent.

Hi, I've installed the plugin, made the adjustements it suggested,
but I'm unable to save the settings. When I hit the button, it redirects to a page "Wordpress Failure Notice". When I look at Chrome Developer Tools, it gives me a 403 error.
All the permissions are fine.
Can you help me?

I tried to minify CSS & JS but I keep getting error
When "Disable minify automatic file name length test" is not selected I get this error:
Minify Auto does not work properly. Try using Minify Manual instead or try another Minify cache method. You can also try a lower filename length value manually on settings page by checking "Disable the Minify Auto automatic filename test"
And when its selected I get this error:
Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: Url/Filename is too long: 1/widgetkit/cache/widgetkit-db617c3c. Max length is 20.

Updated plugin. Not compatible with 4.1. Can't clear caches. Can't save settings. Nothing. I'm deactivating it for now. May try to restore a back up. Hope there will be something done very soon.

I just uninstalled and deleted W3 Total Cache.
Tested it and the issue is gone as expected.
I then installed in from within my wordpress admin panel to ensure that its a completely fresh installation and activated it.
Tested the site and the same issue is back again with my url display a page with the following text:
Are Fast Cash Advance Loans Good Solutions to Bad Problems? fast cash advance loans
So strange!!! Anybody have any ideas?

I cannot currently reproduce the issue using Mac Chrome 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit), Mac Firefox 35.0, Windows Chrome 39.0.2171.99 m, Windows Firefox 35.0, nor Windows IE 11 with the following steps:

As for completely uninstalling W3 Total Cache then installing it again. I Googled around, being that a lot of times simply deleting/reinstalling a plugin fails to wipe out all of its remnants, and found this step by step method of completely removing both the plugin and any lingering associated data it might have:

revslider/rs-plugin/assets/large_right.pngthat are not being cached. How to force W3C to cache them? Is there any way?
The plugin version is 0.9.4.1.

Strangely this doesn't get the minified css.
But if I check the cpanel, the minifed css doens't blank. It's there.
