can’t activate plugin

Hi guys,

I am having issue trying to activate the plugin. There is a false detection that it is running on a “Multisite” and it keeps on telling me to “network activate” the plugin first. I have checked my wp-config to make sure multisite is defined to OFF.

minify css issue

hi guys,
our web host have just informed us about an issue with minify css associated with your plugin.

The error comes from the file:

gearscoot.com/wp-content/cache/minify/c7e1c.css

as a result the page’s layout gets compromised: https://prnt.sc/k45dcs
We had to disable the “minify” section in order for the website’s layout to load properly.

Can you please help us fix the issue asap.

We use W3 Total Cache on our site — it’s a great plugin, and we are quite happy with it!

We are working to get our website GDPR compliant, and wondering whether W3 Total Cache is currently GDPR compliant?

We are also updating our privacy policy to include a list of cookies that users may receive while using our site. Does W3 Total Cache utilize any cookies that affect the users of our site? And if so, can you send a detailed list of these?

Exclude from cache users that come from a specific url

Hello!

Is there a possibility to exclude users that come from a specific url from cached pages? We are using an affiliate platform that request us to install a code so the phone or our pages must be hidden. Using the cache after the user navigates through pages the phones appears, so we need to exclude these users from caches pages.

W3 Cache CDN Integration Error

Hello,

I have been attempting to setup a Stackpath CDN with W3 Cache, which has worked fantastically… apart from one issue.

There are 4 static components that are not on CDN, and W3 seems to have a rewrite issue with the plugin Master Slider. Any recommendations on where I can change the code for the CDN URL?.

No space in masonry gallery

I created a masonry image gallery with Elementor but the spaces beetween images does not work in frontend. In backend works perfectly.

When I deactivate W3 all works perfectly. Any ideia why this is happening?

PS: The plugin is deactivate now.

Thank you for creating the awesome free version of the W3 Total Cache plugin. However I’ve been having problems with it lately, and I would really appreciate if you can help me with it.

I’m using WordPress version: 4.9.7
W3 Total Cache version: 0.9.7

The browser cache no longer clears automatically. After any small change to my site, the site doesn’t display properly in Chrome. The site looks awful – it’s like the CSS has gone. I can fix the problem by going to the plugin settings and manually clearing the caches. My site then appears normal again. It’s mainly Chrome that seems to be affected. I’ve tried it across several different devices: 3 PCs, 1 android & 1 iphone – the result is always the same.

I wonder how I can get the plugin to go back to clearing automatically after changes?

My site is hosted with InMotion. I’ve been trying to fix the problem myself for a few months now, and clearing the caches manually after making any changes on my site. And I just can’t figure out what the problem is or how to fix it.

Issue with Zopim Live Chat Proactive Chat Feature

Hi! We have W3 installed on our site and we are having an intermittent issue with our live chat agent (Zopim). We have a proactive chat feature enabled, so after 20 seconds a message appears on the page asking the visitor if they need help. Since enabling the W3 plugin, the proactive chat feature intermittently has issues. Sometimes after several minutes the visitor has engaged in a chat and the message pops up. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,

I need to add custom content to advanced-cache.php file, but after awhile the content got removed, what left is content added by W3 cache so I guess it’s the plugin doing.

How can I prevent that?

Cloudflare Extension Settings Won’t Save

I use W3 and Cloudflare. I activated the CF extension, and I am able to save my credentials. However, when I select my security level to match the level in CF (Medium) and also Minification to CSS, JAVA, and HTML….after hitting save…..the page refreshes, but the these two settings always revert back to “Essentially off” and “Off”, respectively.

Why am I unable to get these settings to stick?

Cart Icon number of products not updating correctly

Hello help desk

Great Plugin just having a small issue, when I activate ”page cache” my cart icon on the top of the page stops getting updated, When I visit a page that I visited before, it shows the cart number that was before the page been cache, and if I click on refresh it still shows the same number, like if the cart number is not being updated, but when i visit a new page, that still is not cached on my google chrome, it shows correctly the number on the cart icon… so when a page is already cache on browser, the cart number remains static.

This only happen when I enable ”page cache”

Do you guys have any suggestiong :o?

Using CloudFlare to do minification I have W3TC on my site to do combining of files. At the moment it’s creating 8 separate files which is causing a low SEO ranking for JavaScript combination. Is there any way to lower the total amount of files?

How to set your plugins to work with post view count?

Thank you for your plugins.

I have a custom functions which count the number of post views on my website. After I install and activate your plugins, the post view count stopped counting/working. Is there any way to set your plugins to make post view count working?
