W3TC Cloud Front origin not shown

Hi,

I am trying to setup Cloud Front in W3TC plugin. My origin in Cloud Front setup(pre configured already) is origin.example.com and my site url is in this format – http://www.example.com. In Performance -> CDN, origin is shown as http://www.example.com instead of origin.example.com. Amazon Cloud Front (Origin Pull) is already selected and saved in General settings of W3TC. How to change the origin from http://www.example.com to origin.example.com in Performance-> CDN ? If its not possible, then should i use Generic Mirror for Cloud Front? If i use Generic Mirror then i will lose out on the invalidation feature from W3TC. Please do assist on this issue.

How do I set the comment refresh cache

After opening Redis Object Cache, the cache will be refreshed once for each comment. How to set the setting that only the cache of the current page will be refreshed when commenting?

Once a user logs in, it shows them as logged out on the homepage

“Don’t cache pages for logged in users” is on and always has been but after a user logs in and clicks home, on the right top corner it still does not recognize the user as logged in and says “log in”

Memcached config where multiple wordpress sites on the same server

I have two wordpress sites running on the same Cloudways server.

Is there additional config required for memcached (eg a salt?). I tested a different memcached plugin once before but site settings were being copied between the two sites because a salt wasn’t configured and wasn’t documented!

For some reason I’m seeing “You’re running debug mode, it’s using Resources and not recommend to run continuously” message though every tick in General Settings / Debug is disabled. Screenshot How come? Advise, please

Can’t select Dedicated / Virtual Server Options

Hello,

I am currently evaluating W3 Total Cache for use on my website. I installed it on a dedicated localhost instance using wampstack for testing. Under the “Page Cache” method selection menu, all of the Dedicated / Virtual Server options are grayed out for some reason even though I am running this on a dedicated wamp server instance. Are these features for premium users only? Or is there some special setup / config process I need to go through first before I can use these features?

WordPress type: Multisite

Wordpress version: 4.9.15

PHP version: 7.3.12

Plugin version: 0.14.2

Server type: WAMP stack on Windows 10 – localhost

Add Expires headers does not work at all

Despite having all of the settings in place and by default, with GTMETRIX the page speed results say EXPIRES HEADERS score is F (0) ZERO
“There are 10 static components without a far-future expiration date.”
How do I fix this please? Thank you

Minify and Compression don’t work anymore

Hello,

At the begining everything was okay, but when i open minifying, mobile page doesn’t work very well, and everything is getting deficient. I couldn’t solve the problem, how can i fix it?

404 error page visits by W3 Total CacheW3

The page attempted by ‘W3 Total CacheW3’ was /page-sitemap.xml but my sitemap page is on /sitemap_index.xml. I have keyed in the correct link into Page Cache’s sitemap URL section but it kept trying for the wrong one. Is there a reason for this and how can I stop the request?

Home page doesn’t show latest version unless manually refreshed

Hello, i noticed a problem with this plugin.

The cache of the home page gets cleared when i publish a new post.
But people don’t see it (if they visited the site before).
Unless they manually F5 or refresh the page. Only then they get the latest version.

So the cache is cleared but the browser still serves an older version.
IS this something to do with settings?
What setting?

WEbsite showing crtcital error after using caching plugin

I tried 2 – 3 times to use the caching plugin but it showing critical error and website not working.
I received below message
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 452 of the file /home3/werufwmy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Cache_File.php. Error message: Illegal length modifier specified ‘f’ in s[np]printf call

Can you please help to resolve the problem or provide solution to fix the issue.

Lazy Loader Only for a few images on mobile devices, not desktop

I would like to disable lazy loader (img) on all pages aside 1 page and on that page alone to apply lazy loader to about 8 images only on mobile devices. Please help me to achieve this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I wonder if the fantastic W3 Total Cache plugin (free version) is working fine with WPML multilanguage site yet, or is it mandatory to install the Pro extension. Because in my site, the cache/minify features work fine with the default language, but they are totally out of work in other languages and normal css and js files are served instead of minified and cached ones.

Does this code “@include….” have anything to do with W3TC plugin? I found this code on wp-config. The security plugin detect wp-config as malicious file.

Contact form 7 Submission issues when JS minify active

I am having issues with JS minify active. when I turn JS minify on, the contact form 7 doesn’t submit forms or the submit button doesn’t do any action. This started happening like yesterday or so. I had to disable this option.

and also I keep getting this contact-forms/1891/feedback 406 (Not Acceptable) could you help me fix this? site scores are pretty bad without the JS minify. Thanks
