I'm running W3TC 0.9.4 in WordPress 3.9 on an nginx server. I just discovered that many of my external links have been transformed to media library items!
For example... a link that should be
http://www.digitalhandiwork.com
is now
http://www.mattselznick.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/www.digitalhandiwork.com
I confess I'm pretty freaked out by this, as I don't know how many links on the ten year old site were affected. I noticed the change after running "import attachments into the media library." It seems to have gone crazy and imported lots of external links!
Anyone experienced this? Will purging the cache fix this? Is there a way to fix it simply?
