I've the exact same problem. Why no one answers? In my case the user logged in can see the registration forms on the "Registration Page" and he doesn't see "You Are Already Registered".

This worked in my case, hope it works for you: try emptying all caches and then update permalinks (admin dashboard > settings > permalinks - just click on "Save changes" without changing anything.
