Hi everyone,
Got a weird one. Upon installing and activiating total cache, my bounce rate on GA jumps from around 25% to 75%.
What's also weird is that it did the same when I previously installed Super Cache.
My GA code is actually applied server side - not via Wordpress. Any thoughts?

having difficulty getting the plugin to interact with cloudfront. I have setup api keys - it seemed to create the distrbution - but will never test and thus cannot purge cdn from plugin.
Keep getting - Distribution for origin "website.com" not found.

Hi. I don't know where to start, but I'm intrigued about this. I noticed this in several sites. When you use W3TC in blog sites or static pages, everything is ok. But when it is combined with some kind of CPT, like the ones from WooCommerce, it looks like something is messed up in the WP cron because not all tasks are executed on time, or non executed at all. I noticed this with cron tasks like backups, daily reports plugins, and even with the cache primer from W3TC, not being able to refresh pages when an update is saved.
I tried to find the cause in several servers. I played with PHP running as cgi, fastcgi, suPHP, DSO... to no avail. The thing is breaking when some kind of custom post types are present.
Does anybody have an idea of what may be possibly wrong?

I was participating in a thread regarding Local SEO in the FB group "Intermediate Wordpress" and who should appear but Joost. I asked him about this problem, and he said "Joost de Valk: Yeah we never built that extension, the W3TC team did, they didn't even take the time to notify us when they released it, so you're on your own there, I'm afraid..."
So I'm guessing we need to pose this question to W3TC. It's not Yoast SEO.

I have html minification activated and generally like W3 Total Cache to remove all comments. However, I need one comment to stay, which is an identifier for an external blog monitoring service.
Is there a way to flag a comment so that is doesn't get deleted?

With the Cloudflare module enabled, and the account connected via API, I can enter into Maintenance Mode within W3TC's menu just fine, but when I click on the Purge Cache button (to empty Cloudflare's cache), the error message states that the Email Address field needs to be filled in...when it is.

After running PageSpeed Insights from Google Developers, I still see "Leverage Browser Caching". In the details there's about 15 pages that have (expiration not specified) next to them.
I have W3 Total Cache installed and up-to-date. Is this a major concern in terms of page load time and google rank?

I have added an image on one of the template pages.
So it is a .php page in the /wp-content/themes/ourtheme directory.
But it shows a broken image. I have even put a direct link to the image like:
http://oursite.com/images/imagename.jpg and it still doesn't work. Yet I can view the image by itself online just fine.
I even deactivated the plugin and cleared my browser cache and it still does not work. What do I need to do to add this image?

Hi Guys,
Every time I install and configure the W3 Total Cache plugin. The websites CSS and layout gets messed up.
The plugin shows a warning explaining that:
/var/www/vhosts/buildersindublin.org/httpdocs/wp-content is write-able. When finished installing the plugin, change the permissions back to the default: chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/buildersindublin.org/httpdocs/wp-content. Permissions are currently 757.
The question is, do I need to only change the permissions of one or all of the files in the w3tc-config folder located on the server? Should other folders + Files be changed?
I doubt it but might the problem be a compatibility issue as I am using the latest version of Wordpress?

I was having problems with some automatic features on my website that worked with wp cron. I had W3tC installed. When I deactivated W3TC my automated jobs started running again.
Is there a setting somewhere in W3TC that I need to change, or is this just a problem with W3TC?
Just asking because I had it installed on another site and it didn't cause the problem.

Hi,
I've set up my site with the option "Don't set cookies for static files" enabled for all my static files.
However, although the "Media & Other Files" section has this option enabled too, SVG files still get cookies set. So I assume that SVG files are not included under "Media & Other Files".
I would appreciate it if you could add this format, as it is becoming more and more popular because of its resolution independence.

After the payment, made on December 12 2014 I have been contacted by:
Willie Jackson, Director of Web Optimization
He asked for some information from our server and website that has been delivered in time and manner (SSH access).
He sent me an email saying that he was not able to access the server. After that, I asked him to contact me by phone, skype or email
in order to provide us with some extra info to solve the problem.
He is not answering to my emails anymore and nobody is answering to the phone number. They are really stealing people’s money.
