Need help with
1 defer parsing of javascript and
2 Leverage browser caching for external sources.

Also I’m getting 1 error : to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 () (https://test.customgiftings.com/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/scripts.js)
If I disable js minification, error goes away. (I searched forum there are references of blocking by Host, But I don’t think so, as error goes when not minifyed.

I’m doing Manual mode minification:

500 error on all pages after enabling CDN

I have W3TC setup using memcached and it seemed to be working reasonably well. Then I clicked the checkbox on General Settings to Enable CDN and selected AWS S3. When I saved the changes I got a 500 page back. Every request for any page after that would return a 500 error. Nothing was written to the error logs on the server. The access log showed a 500 was returned, but no further details. AT some point the site started working for non-logged-in users, but still returns a 500 if you are logged in, or even try to load the login page. Removing the plugin directory makes the site work again (though it shows warnings about advanced_cache.php, db.php, and object_cache.php being present without the plugin). If I activate the plugin again the 500 errors return immediately, so I can’t change any of the settings.

The site is using Nginx, PHP 7.3 FPM, and managed with Trellis.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hello,

I am using an instagram feed on a site which does not display newly uploaded photos from the instagram account if I don’t purge all caches manually.

I have enabled: Page cache, Minify, Browser cache, CDN

Which setting on W3 Total Cache should I change in order for newly uploaded photos on the instagram account to get displayed on the site via the instagram feed without having to purge caches manually?

Failed upload image when CDN is enable

I have Stackpath CDN.
I configured the plugin according to the documentation.
But, when CDN is enable and authorized with Stackpath, an error occurs when uploading images. Returns an 504 error, but the image is saved anyway. There is a process, after saving the image, that ends in error.
I am almost certain that the problem is in the communication between this plugin and stackpath. Because if I deactivate the CDN option, the entire process of saving an image ends successfully.

Hello,

I’m trying to configure redis to work with W3 Total Cache. I followed the instructions from the documentation, and it says that I should put the configuration code into the db-config.php file which doesn’t exist.

I have a scan alert by Wordfence, only when W3 Total Cache is active:

I tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, but the alert persist in new scans.

There is a problem with the svg and woff extensions.

When running WordPress 5.3.2 with Zakra theme and W3 Total Cache v0.13.1 the site often reverts many of its pages to old content from last summer 2019. THis was happening once a month, then became daily!

The conventional WP Editor retains the correct version but when we use it to try to “Update” the pages with the new content it fails and retains the old 2019 content.

Deactivating W3 TC fixes it, with no problems since then, two weeks ago.

We disabled the new WP editor “Elementor” which we also found unreliable, perhaps connected.

Hi,

For a few days I cannot use EZPlayer on any of my sites.
For clarification: EZPlayer is a player that is embedded via a shortcode or HTML/javascript code.

Thanks to the Thrive Theme support I could isolate the issue and as long as your plugin is activated I cannot use EZPlayer. This is a very recent issue since I didn’t have any problems with W3 Total cache and EZPlayer in the past.

W3 Total Cache is most likely blocking access to the EZPlayer servers. Since the error message I’m getting is telling me that my site is not added as a domain in my settings, but it is (English translation):
Sorry, this domain is not registered for EZPlayer videos. Please log into your EZPlayer account at https://ezplayer.net and add the domain under “My Profile”.

I’ve disabled the plugin for now, so that people can access my sites and online courses without any issues.

Hello,

I recently configured W3 Total Cache to use AWS S3 and Clouudfront for CDN.

Everything is working fine except for theme fonts it seems. I can see the following errors in the console:

Access to font at 'https://d2qjn9qu0qahjw.cloudfront.net/wp-content/themes/Steakhouse/fonts/steakhouse-pixellove/steakhouse-pixellove.woff' from origin 'https://steambowlkc.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

CDN Settings is to pull.

I’ve checked the .htaccess file and it does not have a block for the fonts. I cannot add it though due to the permissions of the bitnami image being used.

Tried adding to the .htaccess.conffile as recommended by bitnami, no luck

I’ve checked and it’s apache only, no nginx.

I’ve tried deleting the .htaccess file and having the plugin regenerate, still didn’t generate the fonts

Hello Marko,

What is the functionality behind of “Purge current page”? As I assume, by hitting the button I can get a particular page free of cache. That is, whenever I do any changes on a page I have a posibility to purge its cache. Lets say, I change a price for a product, to update it on front, on the page, which was cached before, I click “Purge current page” then I expect the full page should be clean. Hovewer, if to stick such assumption, I can state the functionality doent work as outlined or I am wrong concerning “Purge current page” at all?

I can’t select memcached for my website and the compatibility test says it’s not installed. I deactivated and removed W3TC completely, purged cache and then re-installed the plugin but I still can’t select it. How do I fix it?
