Hi,

I’ve recently developed a theme that includes a complete escape for internet explorer users using the is_ie() function built into wordpress.

Unfortunately when I cache with your plugin, IE users are served the cached version of the site intended for other browsers.

I’ve identified some ie users by creating a user agent group using the user agent ‘ie’ but the results are inconsistent.

Is there any way to mirror the functionality of the is_ie() function to serve a specific cached version of my site only to ie users like other user agent groups?

Hi.
I’m using W3TC and I’m trying to use it to purge Varnish, but when the option is activated and I try to save a post, it takes a lot of time completing the task. A lot, like 40-60 seconds.
When disabled, everything runs fine.

Any ideas?

When I make a page edit on a wordpress page with Elementor and save it there. Then clear all caches in W3. Then go back to that page and press the F5 button, the old version is still there. Or it’s partly renewed. I’ve been on that page before so the old version is still in the browser. Only when doing a CTRL F5 I see the new good version.
I know that, but my returning customers do not.

So I found out it is because of the W3 total Cache plugin.
Normally checked in the CDN section is: Host attachments. If checked, all attachments will be hosted with the CDN.
So this means that just about everything runs via CDN. In Devtools I see URL’s like: https://cdn… So that function is working.

If I uncheck this then everything goes through the site itself and I see URLs like: https://www….. Now the correct version of the page shows in all browsers.

If I check it again, I will see the wrong / broken / old version again …

So what must I do to solve this? To always see the newest version via CDN of every page?

Hi Developers,

After setting up and adding a new “User Agent Groups” to make redirection for mobile users, my entire website (including admin area) is not accessible and shows following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@bitcular.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried to fix this error by using techniques given on internet but none of them actually worked for me. I disabled Plugins and renamed .htaccess file and tried to get controls back but it didn’t worked.

Please help me to sort out this issue permanently.

Hi, i have one issue in this website. “Access to font at from origin has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource”. This issue is appearing on console and website fonts are not laoding correctly.

Do you by any chance offer code splitting as a service? I like to think myself rather advanced at getting your plugin iij installed. However I’m having trouble getting the pagespeed score to a reasonable weight. I feel like close splitting could make a difference.

I have sorted out many issues reading your answers provided by queries raisers.

I search a lot about my CDN issue but couldn’t find any troubleshoot reply so I would like to present myself to sort out my cdn issue(hope you assist me).

I am using Amazon Cloundfront with selection of all possible options but when I enabled CDN, old images are showing properly but recently added images are not visible…can you please give me solution for it? I tried everything to sort it but couldn’t get success.

I’m using caldera forms and sometimes I get the error “Submission rejected, token invalid” which is probably due to cache time as it says in caldera forms documentation here. I tried the suggestion by reducing “Update external files every:” and “Garbage collection interval:” to 35000 seconds that is safely less than 10 hours; still no luck!
the problem disappears by disabling w3 total cache so it’s safe to say this plugin is causing the issue.
any suggestions what i can do?

I recently updated my WordPress to the latest version, and my php to 7.x

Everything works except the CMS, which gives an error.

“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” (although no email ever arrives) – I believe from error logs its hitting a memory limit (which I cannot raise at this time)

The only way to prevent the error, is to rename/delete W3 Total Cache. So I thought, the plugin probably needs updating to the latest version. however, even after doing this, the admin area breaks again immediately when W3 is installed.

I tried updating through the CMS, and by uploading the zip file. I tried more than one time in case something went wrong during installation.

Everything else works fine except this plugin

Hello – I enabled lazy loading on my site and it works great for the most part, however, I have a newsletter popup with an image in it that does not load. I believe it is because the pop-up is offscreen initially and then loads into the screen 5 secs after the user has been on the site. Is there a class to apply to the image so that it can bypass lazy loading and just load?

I am using Amazon Cloudfront CDN. It works perfectly fine with W3TotaclCache version 9.4. But if I upgrade Total Cache to the latest version my page is broken. I can still see calls made to the cloudfront for my static files, but still the page is broken. Please advice. I also tried completely uninstalling and re-installing the latest version, but still facing the same issue.

Since I am forced to use the older version of the plugin, my error log is full of Declaration of W3TC\\DbCache_Wpdb::prepare($query, $args)…. warnings, which I understand has been fixed in newer versions.

I was using w3 total cache and i have to delete it to see the problem if coming due to this plugin. because before it was totally fine. now the main problem is that i still can’t see the issue resolved. when i login the video in the top content blog works fine but as soon as i log out it shows black background. please help

Is W3TC provide hybrid opcache? i mean the page cache is store both in SSD/HDD and also stored in RAM. So, when the server restarted, RAM will take all disk cached to the system, so PHP not compiled the whole website again? For VPS user

Hi there,

We have been having lots of server issues related to a massive increase in traffic. I was under the impression the our page_enhanced caching was working, however upon investigation the folders within “wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/” only contain .htaccess files.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Still not working.

Hi!
I use latest W3TC on latest WP, everything works fine. Today I installed plugins “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” and “Accelerated Mobile Pages” and configured “Local Business” type to enhance SEO. Initially GoogleStructuredDataTestingTool showed “JSON-LD Syntax error value object or array expected”, then I came across this post https://wordpress.org/support/topic/minify-is-breaking-yoast-json-ld-meta/ and disabled HTML minify. As a result all pages except HOME page show no error on structure data check. How can I solve the issue on HOME page?
