I noticed in a video tutorial for the previous version of W3 - there was an Advanced Option Setting for telling W3 NOT to cache a page - I don't see that anywhere in the current version???

Hi,
I'm using W3TC on my client's site. I got this problem twice now. First sight is when we're login to dashboard, we're always got 500: Internal Server Error
. I checked the error_log at /wp-admin and got this surprisingly:
[11-Aug-2013 03:37:32 UTC] PHP Warning: require_once(/home/uniccom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/NewRelicService.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/uniccom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 1435
[11-Aug-2013 03:37:32 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/NewRelicService.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/define.php on line 1435
I assume that the file is missing, and yes it is. I've try these:
1. Upload NewRelicService.php via FTP, successfully transferred, then its gone
2. Upload the same file via cPanel File Manager, successfully uploaded, then its gone
3. Create a file via File Manager, copy-paste the file content, successfully save, then its gone
Its the same condition when I got this problem last August 4. The only way I resolve it is by deactivating and uninstalling the plugin via file manager. And the dashboard is up again.
FYI, I never edit or change the plugins file.
Anyone has the same problem? Any suggestion?
Hi there,
After I activated the plugin, my otherwise colourful background disappeared and was replaced by a black-coloured uniform background. I don't know what that is.
Would you be able to give me advice? Here is how it should look like: http://puu.sh/3Z8zZ.jpg

Thanks in advance! :)
Having a similar problem with Genesis 2.0 / Landscape child theme on WP 3.6 with latest W3TC. On other installs I'm not having the issue on G 2.0, but this is my only landscape child site.
I have also problem with Page Speed. 192MB memory.

Hello,
I'm using Xcache together with WordPress and W3TC on some websites. What puzzless me is Xcache seems to cache any PHP file, not just parsed output for WordPress. Is this usual behaviour or are my Xcache settings wrong?
I realized the fact looking at Cacher tool, "List PHP" tab.
Is this normal behaviour?
Thanks, Betty
Hey Martin,
Same thing here! Today spend a whole day on fine tuning my website custom IT.
I went from a google page speed score of 58% for desktop to 80% after tuning everything. Especially the Minify option was great.
--BUT--
One thing remaining is the "Image Compression". Sad that this function isn't being fixed by the W3TC plugin. I suggest we should fined another plugin? Although is it rly worth saving a couple of kB's?
Hi
I am trying to publish a draft of post from Live Writer to my WordPress site. Had no problems with a short post However with main one I am writing that contains 10 or so images, I get the following error after a while.
Network Connection error
Error attempting to connect to blog at
http://myblog/xmlrpc.php
Found Moved Temporarily.
Ok after looking around the wwww, I found other people using caching simple disable the cache. I did this and yes I can publish my draft.
I don't want to do this every time so is there a setting I need to set.
Please help, this plugin is rewriting my code. It is changing single quotes to double quotes, but I need both as one is within another....

I want to keep using this plugin, but this is causing me a problem
As title says. where should I run the cache plug-in when I have two wordpress installations with different sites like this
one on www.domain.com
another on subdomain.domain.com
"Caching database objects decreases the response time of your site. Best used if object caching is not possible.44"
What is 44??
:)
The new update says it "Fixed WordPress sub-directory issue" -- can you tell me what that's referring to?
I was having an issue, which I described in this support post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-get-folder-ownership-to-harmonize-with-cache-ftp?replies=1
Basically, the Linux ownership of the sub-folders created by W3TC in the cache folder was different than the parent folder. This caused 500 Internal Server Errors for the cached pages.
Is that the issue this fixes?
Thanks.
I attempt to install the plug-in but get the below error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function w3tc_button_link() in /home/content/90/11587890/html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/GenericAdminEnvironment.php on line 99
Any idea what's happening?
I'm having the same error on wordpress 3.6
Hi all,
We recently built a charity website that makes use of both W3TC and Shareaholic plugins (both the latest versions). When we activated and configured W3TC, we noticed our Shareaholic social icons had disappeared from our pages. (They were working correctly and consistently before activating W3TC).
After thorough troubleshooting, we isolated the cause: enabling inline JS minification in W3TC.
Entering the Shareaholic script names in the "Never minify the following JS files" field makes no difference. Disabling inline JS minification in W3TC restores the Shareaholic display to normal.
Thank you Mike for your advices..
Really it's a big problem in Minify module, so the only safe way to solve it , it's disable it.
Maybe in the future they fix this kind of problems ... in the meantime.. disable minify it's the solution. :-(
thank you , again ...
http://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/
I am trying to resolve a conflict wherein, enabling W3 Total Cache takes control /resets my admin menu (left side)... I am using the Admin Menu editor to give specific roles a specific menu... not sure why W3 Total cache would be involved in the menu adjustment but it is.. any ideas?
I updated W3 Total Cache to the latest version (0.9.3) and didn't change any settings. However, when I click the button to test MaxCDN it now says: Error: Empty hostname
The "Replace site's hostname" fields are filled in with the matching c-names from MaxCDN. Please let me know what I can check to see why I am receiving this error now.
I would also like to know this. I saw Ad-Rotate cripple the free version as they moved features into a premium version.
What has changed in 0.9.3? There's no changelog for this version.
